International Graduate

For our 12-months International Graduates Program (IGP) our Regional Center Russia/Ukraine /Kazachstan is looking for an International Graduate in order to qualify you for responsible future positions within our organisation.

We offer:

• Graduate Program individually tailored to you
• Getting to know the structures and process in our organisation and the OU CENE
• Interesting tasks and projects, in which you will take over first responsibilities
• Working stations within and outside the country
• 3-months stay in another country of the Operating Unit to gain international experience
• 2-months theoretical trainings in the SEED School, an executive Business School of ThyssenKrupp Elevator in Madrid, Spain

Your tasks:

• Professional support and consulting of our customer, as well in technical and commercial
• Technical sales activities for elevators and escalators
• Order processing (new installations, modernisations, maintenance/service)
• Controlling and Financial activities
• Different projects and day-to-day business in technical and commercial sector

Your profile:

• Completed technical or commercial studies (or similar)
• Focus: Engineering, Sales, Business, Economics, International Marketing, Controlling etc.
• Distinct interest in technical sales & distribution in a local operating enterprise of an international group, and maybe some experience in this area
• Good grades
• International orientiation, e.g. by studying abroad, internship abroad or similar
• Willingness for occupational change to another country
• Flexibility
• Very good knowledge of English
• Good knowledge of a second foreign language (ideally German or French)
• Dedicated, communicative, team and goal oriented
